Important Information – As per the recent official updates, Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has decided to provide the facility of One Time Registration for the purpose of simplifying the selection process. OTR (OTR) will be mandatory for the examinations of the Commission from April.
No separate fee will be charged from the candidates for this. It is being told that since the implementation of the system of one time registration, the candidates will not have to fill the form again and again for the jobs of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
After the implementation of OTR, candidates will have to do online registration only once for different examinations of UPPSC. During this, candidates will have to upload all their details, certificates, photo and signature. After this, a registration number will be issued, which will be entered on the website as soon as the complete details of the candidate will appear.
Whenever the candidate will fill the form of any new job, he will only have to enter his one time registration number. This will bring convenience to the candidates along with transparency in the recruitment.

It is being told that this facility will be better than Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This is because the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission OTR contains all the information that is required for the application. Such facility is not available in OTR of Union Public Service Commission. In this sense, the initiative of UPPSC is being considered as a better institutional effort than the Union Public Service Commission.

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has launched OTR platform for UPSC Exam 2023. One Time Registration (OTR) procedure has been started for submission of applications for various examinations conducted by the commission. The new platform will be for the candidates who will save their time by re-filling their basic personal details for any subsequent examination to be conducted by UPPSC.
How to apply for UPPSC OTR One Time Registration 2024 :
All those candidates who wish to apply for UPPSC exam in future are required to register themselves in the OTR platform by filling their basic personal details. After that the candidate’s information will be auto-populated in the online application form for the examination for which he/she will apply in future.

Instructions for filling UPPSC OTR One Time Registration 2024 –
1. In order to register for the UPPSC OTR, candidates need to go to the important link section provided below.
2. After getting the link named as ‘Apply Online / Registration’ candidates need to click it for doing the registration.
3. After that, Candidates will be redirected to UPPSC Registration Page, Here they have to click on New Registration Tab.
4.Now, they have to provide their basic details -:
Name
Father’s Name
Mother’s Name
Mobile Number
Email Id
Class 10th Roll Number etc.
5. After that carefully check your OTR Profile Details & then click on Submit Registration.
6. Now, An OTP will be received on the registered email and registered mobile number of the candidate which they have to provide for getting their registration completed.
7. Once the registration process gets completed, candidate will get the OTR ID, kindly take print of that page & save it for your future purpose.
8. Now, the candidates have to login once again to change their UPPSC OTR ID Password.
9. After following all the above listed procedure, UPPSC OTR registration process will get completed, & candidates may apply for any UPPSC Recruitment / Exams conducted by the commission in future.
