Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. and
*Candidate Should have Post Graduate Degree or a Post Graduate Diploma in the specialty concerned
*Candidate Should have worked in a responsible position connected with the Specialty concerned for 3 years after post-graduation Degree or five years after post-graduation Diploma.
