1. The online application form can be filled up through the official website of Bihar Right to Public Service
2. In the opening page of the official website, Applicants have to click on Apply Online
3. After that the applicants must agree with the Terms and Conditions as displayed to them and proceed for next page
4. In the next page, candidates have to choose the place from where they would like to get the certificate
5. After that, the applicants have to enter their Name (Hindi and English both) , Select the Certificate and enter their Mobile Number and click on Next.
6. After clicking on Next, the applicants will get a Verification Code.
7. After entering the verification code, the candidates will be redirected for further process.
